Don’t expect decent service. The staff seems to be terribly frustrated to work there and takes it out on guests who ask basic questions. I had booked a room with a queen bed via Expedia and the front desk person gave me one with 2 double beds. He also charged me for the room despite me showing him the booking via Expedia and the fact that I had already paid a portion of the charges and only owed remaining balance. He double charged me and said he cannot do anything and refused to change rooms to the one I originally booked. Won’t recommend to anyone unless you are ok dealing with a short tempered staff that seems to act like they are doing you a massive favor by letting you stay at the hotel.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

“Avoid this hotel. Our stay was a nightmare. Rude staff throughout. Wi-Fi barely worked, the TV and refrigerator were broken, breakfast was not as advertised, and we were even served spoiled cheese. The worst was that our son’s new Nintendo Switch, case, and game disappeared from our locked room. Management denied responsibility in writing. Only after we mentioned a police report and had left did they say it was “found”, forcing us to spend vacation time and money recovering it. To make matters worse, there were intoxicated guests, seemingly drunk, and people displaying possible drug-related behavior inside the hotel and in the parking area, which made us feel unsafe. We would never recommend this hotel for families. Stay elsewhere.
